Question LS1 edit of pressures????

I know this topic has been tossed around alot from what is safe ,how much is too much etc... but what I ..being a newby... would like someone to answer is ..from a stock pcm program, which tables in the edit would you recommend changing and by how much to get a nice firm shift. If possible give me some #'s for certain columns in the edit. If at all possible what would you run for pressures if I was to install a Trans-go shift kit. PS. shop lost my stock program!! My pressures presently have been edited to the moon. base pres vs torque is up 130%...poss press vs temp (in the edit) is numerically lowered,(hi press) tq management is 0'd, shift time is at .13/sec. I really hope someone can tap in here and give a clear understanding as to what we as learners must do properly as to not blow the hell out of our transmissions. max
