I'm back... Sorry, had to go out of town and now getting back to the computer. The problem your experiencing is every thing works fine except no torque converter lock up in overdrive??? Usually if it will lockup in third it should lockup in 4th as well. You mentioned "BUILT" tranny so like what all is in this thing?
