Do you guys expect someone to come on here and say 'at 67,934 miles and 356.0576 hp and 409.89883 ft lbs is the breaking point of all 4L60E transmissions".
YOU CANNOT PREDICT IT.
DRIVE THE DAMN CAR. YOU MIGHT GET IN A WRECK AND TOTAL THE CAR IN AN HOUR ARE YOU GOING TO WORRY ABOUT THAT TOO?

There is no answer to this. A stock 4l60E can make 10sec passes which would mean over 500 rwhp, but not all will. Some people will blow their's running 13's at just over 300 rwhp. I know I blew mine when I was running mid 12's at only 370 rwhp. My suggestion is to just hope it last for awhile, and as you mod your car start putting money on the side for a new trans.

With the "stock" transmission, and a stock 12" torque converter, 450 flywheel HP is about maximum, and still have a reasonable transmission life. I know there are exceptions, but this is what I have seen over the years. Going to a 9.5" lockup torque converter will raise this limit.

Mine started to shift a little funny from 1st to second.
50k miles
50+ track passes
414/413 HP/TQ
3200 Stall
Launching on nitrous
Drag Radials
I remember two accidental neutral drops being done in the car.
