I've done:

Dyno'd 319 rwhp and 337 rwtq through stock converter (LT's, duals, lid, CAI, !FSB, untuned), added SSF3500 and 26x10.5x16 ET streets. 60's were 1.72-1.75.

Restalled to 4000, added TSP MS3, SLP UD pulley and LS6 intake. Dyno'd 385 rwhp and 360 rwtq, 60's are 1.64-1.65 still on 26" ET streets with bone stock suspension.

I have a 3000/2.2 and have never seen below 2.0 60'
(lowered, factory chubby for the most part, and on
street rubber). Go for tires if you want a converter
to improve your launch.

I had a SSF 3800 with 2.5 STR. With 422ci on a 100 shot at 6500da with 3.73 gears and 27" hoosier qtp I knocked down 1.45 60's. That is with launch the car off like 1500 rpm.

stock with nothing other than converter 1.79 at a shity track with shity nittos. Im sure with slicks a low 1.7 high 1.6 is very posible. I was having to feather it out of the hole. I have pulled a 2.5 on it with a 100 shot and bold stock tires. hahahahaha
