What stall and gears?!
Hey im currently planning on purchasing a 98-02 ws6, with an auto which is the 4L60Ecorrect? neways i plan on running 22's with 275-35-22's so my overall tire hieght will be 28 inches, what would be an ideal gear and stall speed for daily driving but still good "street usage" probably a 4.10 gear? or higher and im a newby with autos and stalls. So if anyone wants to chime in thanks!

The auto's do have the 4L60E Transmission. I have never seen 22's on an F-Body and will they fit???? Anyway, you will not need the drastic of a gear change to compensate. The diameter is 9% more with the 22's and a 3.73's would be fine. Now, match that up with a Yank SS3600 Torque Coverter and you will have a nice combination.

well my buddy has 22's on his ss.. and i fit 20's on my 5.0 lol so im sure they will fit with maybe a little fab work(bangin of the fenderwell), i dont no if i can go to a bigger tire inless its 275/45/22 but then it might look like it belongs on a truck with that big of a tire.. thats why im trying to go low pro! if i stay stock gears and stall, im sure i will be alot slower than compared to if i was on regular tires/wheels, thats why i want more gear and a stall , not just becuase the bigger wheel but for performace as well! thanks for the inputs so far!

I don't understand putting 22's on an f body, but its your car. If the tire size is 28 inch then it should be no different than running a 28' slick so I would say use a 3:73. You won't really need to change the converter unless you just want it for the performance. I'm running a 3600 and I love it. A yank 4000 would be a great converter to shred those high dollar 22 inch tires.
