Default Should I go Vacuum Modulation?

Im in the process of doing a 224/228 113+4 cam, qtp longtubes, catted y, yank ss3200, transgo hd2 shift kit, all neccesary bolt ons, should I convert to vacuum modulation while Im in the process? Ive heard you get instant downshifts as opposed to the delay from the solenoid. Is it worth it with my mods and what else can I expect other than the quicker downshifts? are there any drawbacks ?

IMO its the best way control line pressure and totally gets the electronic pressure control solenoid out of the picture. When done correctly it's a good thing!!!

Chuck at FLT says the same thing and will prevent trans damage from improperly set line pressure through the PCM.
