the lower the str the softer it hits and the looser it is around town...as a yank ss3600 is 2.5str which is y it is tight around town and hits so hard..but the higher the str the harder it is to hook up on the track and street..

I recently got a Fuddle 3600 installed in my car, and it's not too loose around town at all. Locks up at about 35 mph and it hits pretty hard, haven't taken it to the track yet, curious to see how it'll do on the nitrous.

I have the Fuddle 3000 with a 2.0 STR. I had a Yank 3500 converter which was to loose for my driving. I took the car to the track this weekend with the new converter, best run was an 11.9@117..same time as the SY3500 converter I ran last year.

Are you guys all using the Performance series or HP/Street? I'm waiting on the the HP/street series to go on sale just because I'm planning on heads/cam. I figure I want the biggest clutch to handle my estimated 450-480 flywheel hp.
I'm planning on a 3600 with 2.2 STR. I hope for some 1.4s.

i have a fuddle 3600 1.8 and it seems a little loose, it hits real hard, but driving up hills and lots of traffic get annoying. but right now its only a weekend car so no complaints. are there any advantages of a lower str besides being easier to lauch? i wouldnt mind having a higher str just so i can have a louder exhaust, when i had the tsp rumbler exhaust it was really loud since the car was always around 2300-2700 rpms, so i replaced it with a hooker aerochamber muffler, which is super quiet. i miss the loud exhuast.
