Nothing needs to be modified. It bolts right up. You will need a spacer between it and the trany mount, about 1" thick.

Unless you already have a chassis moutned tq arm, you are gonna need to find a way to mount the tq arm in the car..... BMR sells a th400 crossmember with a tq arm relocation built right onto it. I used that with my M6 to th400 swap, and it workd out great, even has some instant center adjustments on it to help dial suspension in.
