If you have not done it before , its is best you find someone who has , Allthough Im sure you could handle the servo alone its easy , but the kits a bit more involved ,
cost on installing it will vary wildly , i have seen people say they have had it done for 100 dollars and I have seen it cost alot more , I would sugest you tell the area you live in and ask if anyone here knows anyone there who has done it ,

its not that hard to install. i have never done one before, and it took me 2-3 hours taking my time making sure i didnt mess anything up. the transgo instructions are very specific. it is literally a "replace the small spring with the blue spring" or "add the yellow spring to this solenoid". if you do it youself, make sure you replace the parts on the clean surface, and keep track of everything. if you follow the instructions transgo gives you, you wont mess anything up

Its not that i dont think you could do it but if your inexperinced or not thourgh with directions and mess up its ussually and expensive mistake is all ,Now if you get withsomeone who has or has at least had some experience with a transmission the first time then next time you will be able to do it with confidence
