Default Tranny Question

One of my buddies told me that I need to get 3.73's for my Stall, because if I don't, then 4th gear will be to low in rpm's to match up with my stall speed.

Anyway, I just got my car back two days ago from getting a rebuilt tranny. Should I worry about this with my stock 3.23's?
