Need converter help

Need converter help I am in the process of building a ls6 that I hope will make about 500-550 rwhp. On top of that I am going to put some gas on it. This is my first time using an A4 and I am totaly lost on how to decide what size stall to use. It is not my daily driver but I will be driving it on the street. I have a used Vig3600 that I got with a 4l60e I bought. Should I just put that in there and see how the car does or it there a better way to decide what stall it needs. Thanks for the help.
