Default Anyone have these problems after 4l80e swap?

I got my PCM done by hp tuners finally. Car drives and shifts great most of the time lol. That leads me to some issues.
-The first one is sometimes the car will shift very smooth and quick and other times it will take a while to shift and shift hard....Is this in the tune or something else? I was pulling a MAF circuit code and throttle position sensor code when the transmission started shifting hard. Problem is im supposed to have a SD tune on my car. Thats that problem...not bad.
-The second is having me scratch my head. When I put the car into drive while stopped it feels like my transmission crossmember is loose and it vibrates. Not a bad vibration but its noticable and I can hear it, just sounds like something is loose but ive checked everything. It also seems like when I turn it does it as well. I have poly mounts on both motor and transmission and my y-pipe isnt even close to touching but thats exactly what it feels like. Did anyone else have these problems after the swap?

I would look into the MAP and TPS codes as they will definitely effect the way a trans shifts. As far as your vibration poly mounts create a lot of this. It is possible that your trans is rubbing in the tunnel area somewhere. Maybe try to change the mounts and see if it corrects the vibration for you.

Agreed on both the maf and tps these are critical to the function of the trans, And I hate poly mounts I get more calls about vibration and noise after they are installed.

I would start first with the stock trans mount. While you under there look to see if the trans is rubbing in the tunnel area.

it might be the tranny bumping the tunnel causing what you are feeling

I cant really see if it is. Does anyone else have these issues? I know my harness plug-in is not rubbing or my cooler lines.

Nope, it does not get any worse when driving fast or launching.
