Default listen to my transmission please

sometimes my car seems to not shift at the correct rpm and slips a bit

it doesn't happen too often but you can hear it clearly in the 1st race in this video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mY5zFaEGeWc

is it a sign that i should start saving or a normal thing for stock 4l60es?

i put down ~400 rwhp and 430 rwtq
spray a 75 wet shot but do not spray through the shifts(or atleast shouldn't be, i'll check the window switch tomorow)

and have the shifts set to 6K rpm

Definately sounds like slippage to me. Here are a few questions that'll help determine the best course. What is the fluid condition? Are you spraying through the shifts? How old is the unit? Lot's of reasons for one to begin doing that, usually just good old fashioned wear and tear.

If that happens often definately plan to replace the transmission. Give me a call and we'll kick it around.

don't know about the fluid, i've only had the car maybe 7K miles (over a year, but i don't drive much) i'll get it changed and see if that helps

i have a window switch that cuts nitrous at 5800 (shifts at 6K)

it has ~41000 miles on it.

im going to the track friday and i'll see if it does it after i get the fluids changed

Be sure to have the guys changing the fluid take a long look at it and the filter, and get back to us on the condition. One other thing... be sure to check the flid level, the pump could be cavitating if it's low.
