Default dope cooler install and daily driver

So I have been looking at the "dope" mounting style for mounting a tranny cooler and I love how it looks. However, I noticed that its pretty low to the ground when installed in this method. Any one ever have a problem with it being installed like this on a daily driver car and going through dips in the road and having it bottom out or anything? I live in VA and the roads here are pretty shitty so just seeing if anyone else has had a problem.

I installed mine using Dope's original guide, cut some of the panel and it rests no lower than the bottom of the bumper - no problems, and I scrape my air dam every time I pull in/out of my driveway.

No scraping but I didn't feel that it cooled enough. I now run two coolers. One dope, the other in front of the AC condenser.
