Default Is this a stock convertor

I picked up this eng and trans combo with 85k miles. When pulling the convertor, 2 of the 3 bolts were loose. Its incredablility clean. So I'm wondering if this is stock.

Yes, the "TMAX" code is for the LS1 Cars.
