Default additional parts to buy for stall/trans swap?

i am looking to replace anything that i should. for example, should the flex plate be replaced? i am also considering the rear main seal. is there any other parts or bolts/nuts that should be replaced during the stall/tranny install? i am pretty excited to get my new yank in. tonight i ran 12.6. i just can't pull better than a 2.0 60-ft with the stock stall.

Have some extra E-Clips laying around just in case they decide to fly away when you are taking the trans cooler lines off....
