If i get a yank 4000 stall will i need to tune for it.

More than likely shift points will need to be changed to prevent it from bumping the limiter on the shifts. If you have never had any tuning done there are a lot of other things too. Can take torque management out, change shift firmness, remove shift delay from shifts, I am sure there are others too, these are what I can think of off the top of my head.

Yup. I needed a tune for my SS3800 with OEM 3.23s. Make sure you get rid of the P0751 amd P0757 codes. I still need to do that.
