i think with the MS3 u probably can go with a yank SS3600 or maybe a SS4000 stall max. i would give circle D a shout. they seem to be making some sick converters.

Do you think the pt4400 is too big for my setup? its not a dd. i will have to do some research into the ss 4000.

If you drive it on the street any I would go with a Yank SS4000 or a PT4000.

I DD the PT4400 with 3.23's and wouldn't have it any other way. The PT series are great performers and I think your car would love that converter. The SS4000 is always a great option also. However, in my experience the PT4400 owns the SS4000 from a roll. Call Yank and talk to them. They'll point you in the right direction. The PT4000 would also be a great choice.

And to piggyback what TXZ28LS1 said, Circle D is definitely a viable option....I've heard some really great things about their product.

i had the ms3 ,fast 90/90 afr205 heads, with 4.11 gears in my 9" rear and on the dyno i would drive right through the yank pt4400.but then again i havent had much luck with converters in my car.calling yank and having them advise u on what converter to pick, always good to have a converter speced to your exact setup

Keep us informed rookie, I am in the same boat but am leaning more towards the pt3800-4000 or a Circle D and any information that you learn could sure help.
