Default 2-3 shift problem

I have a problem with my car not shifting to third gear under full throttle. When doing normal driving the car shifts fine. First-Second shift shifts good. Just getting into third gear it over revs. Tranny was just built about 15k miles ago at most. No codes popping up.

I'm having the same problem! Can't figure it out. Messed with the tuning, asked for a lot of help by some tunning experts.. Next is to hook up a pressure gauge.. It has a stall 3500rpm and shift kit. I'll keep you posted with diag. good luck.

So after a little reading on here I'm thinking it could be my 3-4 clutches going out or I read somewhere where the tunning on shift points might be the problem. Where the shift command might need to be lowered to the actual shift point. I figured if my 3-4 clutches were going out wouldn't my tranny be slipping. Any suggestions?

It's the Tuning, set the MPH for the 2-3 Shift a little lower, that will more than likely take care of it.
