I was driving by my local GM dealer today when I spotted this thing out in front of the lot. That has to be the most hideous thing I've ever seen. Funny thing is it was parked right next to an Aztek, and the Uplander makes the Aztek look good! They should refrain from parking such frightful stuff out by the road.....I nearly wrecked my 'bird from the sight of it.

I'm guessing the plain-jane look of the Venture wasn't getting enough attention. Now they've built a clown car.

I see that Pontiac and Buick have also gotten the new nose. To me the Pontiac looks the best out of the three. I think it has a lot to do with the vertically split grille.

Ya gotta consider this: anyone who is wanting to buy a new minivan is probably not all the concerned about styling as interior features or safety rating. I will never buy a minivan and I'll never have kids so I would need a minivan.

If I was in the market for that type of car, the Freestyle or the Pacifica are better choices than that monstrosioty.

I don't think it's that bad. Definitely not good looking or anything, but just looks like another minivan to me ? The Aztek is still the hands down winner of the ugliest vehicle contest IMO

Yea when I 1st saw it I thought "Wow, a Venture with an extende front end" Thats all they did, well plus the interior, but its still ugly. I am very fearful what GM has planned for the Camaro Ford is Lookin real good right now, my next car is lookin like the Mustang/Cobra but Im gonna keep my TA
