Anybody want their CTS-V calipers custom powder coated?
Just thought I'd pop in and remind you guys that I'm around
I just did a set of CTS-V calipers last week. Customer sent a sample of silver vinyl that I matched.
I totally dis-assemble them, strip the factory paint off, media blast, then re-assemble and powder coat. (Installing boots and pistons after coating, I mask off the piston bores of course).
Here's the ones I did last week. Customer supplied the Brembo decal, which I installed and laid clear powder over it all.
Cost is $300 including return shipping for all 4 corners, Brembo 4 pot CTS-V calipers.

I know this is old...but, I am looking for an exchange program to get some powdercoated calipers.
Are you still offering this or does anyone else have alternative suggestions?
thanks

You only paid $25 per for them too:

Sounds like a Non-profit company, just saying.

Then I might have the courage to have mine done.
I'm favoring the ZR1 blue, but considering some other colours for my radiant silver.

My dad has a ZR1, so I'll know if the match is dead-on; I'll pay more for the actual ZR1 paint so that it's exact. I have a local guy that can do the brakes, but getting the color might be the issue.

Sick ! , I'll be getting a hold of you soon for my pc needs. I'm right off randall rd so i'm literally minutes away from you. I used to have "Ready" powdercoating do my stuff a while ago but they went out of business.

If you want to do a core exchange...there might be some money to be made.
