This is a PERFECT opportunity to upgrade to a 90 mm TB and the 90mm snout for the maggie. Hendrix Engineering stocks the snouts for the cheapest around, and a regular GM LS2 car throttle body will work.

Ohh, ya that was me
I just hacked up the bracket, and made it fit. Looks good. I needed to get some more hose, and took it off a while back, and haven;t put it back on yet.
1.5 years, no coolant line. Gone through one very cold winter so far (here in Maryland, it was actually pretty cold. Lots of sub freezing days), and had no isses at all with the TB sticking.
I have a Nick Williams Billet TB. Zero issues with it. Very happy customer, plus it looks as good as it works. Not sure if Ncik still makes the 90mm Throttle by wire versions anymore.

TPIS in Minnesota has been removing the cooling lines ever since the LS motors first arrived with no worries in Minnesota and colder climates.
The LS2 90 mm TB is a good choice. It's reasonably priced. It can be ported a bit; and performs almost as good as the eye-candy billet TBs.

Just ordered a Jantzer throttle body 2 days ago and even though everyone on here has said terrible things about his business practices, I got prompt email replies and the throttle body is already on its way!
