If you click on "More info" it says:

Autospecialty OE Replacement brake kits include a complete set of Autospecialty OE Replacement Brake rotors and high performance Evolution ceramic pads. This kit provides you with a fast, easy and affordable solution for better braking.
Sounds like a set to me. All the pictures show 2 rotors and 4 pads and they keep calling it a "kit."

Why does the price scare you? Rockauto always has really good pricing on stuff. Unless I need something same day, I always use rockauto for OEM stuff. They even get better pricing than my wife, who works at a body shop and gets stuff at cost essentially. Rockauto does such massive volumes I bet they get good rates from manufacturers.

Is the Power Stop brand legitimately OE? Just some goofy name that GM gave it?

Looks like Power Stop makes rotors for all cars. For a sec I was thinkin about Power Slot, which is more reputable since they're made by Centric, but whatever. As long as you don't race on them, I'm sure they're fine.

They're not OE, they're OE replacement. Basically, any set of rotors you're going to buy could be advertised as "OE replacement", since they're designed to replace the OE rotors.

Ah, ok.

I'd like to stick OE because I am leery of "better" rotors that suggest they stop better than stock, but I've never seen data to back that up. One of the things I like about this car is how well it kills speed...

I ordered the AC Delco rotors and pads from Rockauto. Says GM original equipment.

Other than the lighter dust, I'm not a fan of ceramic pads.
