Another hilarious Craigslist ad for a "CTSV tribute"
Just thought I'd share the laugh I just had... http://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/cto/4816356332.html
I couldn't help myself, so I sent this inquiry:

A few questions for you...
1) When did over 90,000 miles become accurately described as "low"??
2) Besides the (terribly done) front bumper, what is "cloned" from a V series on this piece of work??
3) How does a ~220 HP V6 with 90k on it become "almost 300 HP"??
Oh, and lastly, who did your exhaust work? That dual exhaust is sa-weeeeet! LOL
Hilarious ad man. Well done.

About every week or so, I do a search on craigslist for CTS-Vs in the Detroit area, and I saw this ad the other day.
It's a shame, but there are guys out there who'd love to have this wannabe.

You guys have to realize, this is in the middle of no where. Farm land and only small "towns" nearby. Guy's car is probably the best thing going anywhere around other than the neighbor's John Deere.

Actually, Port Huron's got a lot of pretty nice rides that I've seen bombin' around! There's actually a black V1 that looks totally stock but runs cam, heads, etc. Even OEM exhaust tips!

Seriously, to each their own, but I don't understand the cloning thing. I guess I can kinda understand when someone does a "clone" of a Yenko camaro. But usually that entails a ridiculous HP big block. This is like putting lipstick on a pig.
