A couple of people have run a 275's back w/ 245's front with no problem. It's not optimal with the width of the rim and it may cause a little more understeer, but I'm not worried. I've got mine in the garage waiting to put on in the next few months after mine wear out.

Yes they'll fit. But I'm starting to hear rumblings that the handling may be a little worse than earlier reports. Of course it will never be as balanced with that size in the rear vs. the front, however, the problem I'm hearing now is that the rear is "squirmy". 275 is a lot of tread to hold on a 8.5" rim.
I'm currently running 255/45's all around and I've got some issues with squirm. More due to my tire choice (cheap) than the size. I'm thinking 255/45's all around now is the way to go with a nice GY, TOYO or MICH.

I can vouch for the squirmy rear comment on the 8.5" rims. The 9.25" really did make a difference. $600+ worth for widening the two rears? Not sure...but since I did four wheels we'll call it $1300 with shipping and a big question mark in the twisties. It is better, for sure, in a straight line with the Maggie in tow, but even with the wider rims, I don't think there is an IMPROVEMENT other than straight line and looks (no degrade either, though).
Just my .03 and you didn't even ask for half that
