Default Help me find out what exhaust and susp. is on this '05 CTS-V ?

I am looking at buying this car. Take a look at the following pics. If you can, please tell me what kind of exhaust and shocks are on it ?

I DIDN'T TAKE THE BLURRY PICS, the used car lot dealer did.

Catback reminds me most of the B&B or Borla.

Further googling makes it seem like the B&B with a resonator over the Xpipe.

FG2 and B&B 'touring' exhaust. Does it also have the headers? If so, that is the most expensive exhaust setup for the car.

I am guessing that the IV rear has more ribs on the casing? I am going to have em put it on the to c if i can get a part # off it. Carfax didnt say anything about replacing it either.

Passenger side seat cover is new but put on wrong. Rear seat has big scratch on the middle of it and the ds mirror is broken. Exhaust was also welded at the header to the midpipe, which isnt a big deal since I build exhaust. I am guessing the gasket kept going out and the owner got pissed about the noise in the cabin. Lastly, he airbag light is on, and sensors are around $100 each (if thats even the issue).

Carfax looked good.

Is it silver with a black gut? Cause thats what I'm stuck on. I live in the country on a dirt road so black is outta the question unless I find one local for a great deal.

There is a recall on the passenger seat airbag. That should take care of the light.
