Decided to switch up the caliper color
Decided I wanted to do something a bit different for the calipers to give the car some color from the current black on black look. I wanted to make the calipers stand out so had the colors between yellow, orange or green and ended up going with the green.
Some won't like it, some will. I personally think it looks awesome, while rolling especially. I went with the classic "brembo" sticker instead of the V logo to switch it up some.
Personally for the 4 hours and $20 bucks it cost, I think it turned out awesome. They have two coats of primer, three coats of green, then stickers, then three coats of clear.
We'll see how the paint stands up and if something fails then I'll redo them.

Very well executed. I think your skills really made that 20$ dollar paint look a lot more expensive. Great work!
I dig the green too; now continue the green theme and put a big monster sticker on the hood!

I like it. Great contrast with the rest of the vehicle--the calipers virtually leap out at you. The only concern I have, after seeing green calipers on lesser cars, is how they'll look when covered with brake dust.

Lolz at the monster energy comments.
The green calipers will be the only green that will be put onto the car. I'm one with the mindset that less is more. I traditionally stick to pretty basic, simple and clean designs.
Fuzzy, I also worry a bit about the brake dust, but it'll just give me an excuse to keep the car cleaner.
The only time I ever rub with the 275/40's out back is if I have one or two heavier people in the rear seats, otherwise I don't have any issues with them.
I'm going to go out today and take some rolling shots of it that I will post up later on. They really pop when the car is rolling.

I think it looks REALLY REALLY good! What kind of paint did you use? And where did you get the stickers from? Did you do any sanding on the calipers prior to priming?

Here's a couple more pictures showing off the calipers...
I did degrease the calipers prior to painting them, then sanded them with a 320 grit paper to get the primer to stick. I used a silver caliper paint with ceramic for the primer coats, then green caliper paint for the top coat (not sure of the brand, will look once I get home), then engine enamel clear coat for the top coat. The stickers were made by a local graphics shop for $6 and the sizes of them were 4"x1" for the fronts, 3"x.75" for the rears.
