The fuel cell was a shortcut at the time and I wish I would have retained the factory configuration. Live and learn I guess. Fact is, if you spend enough time and thought you can make it happen, and V1s are getting cheap now. Ive made a lot of mistakes doing it because there was no recipe to follow at all what so ever. This is far from the end of what you'll see it do with 6spd trans and IRS too, I've just started to figure it all out. More seat time and tweaks should only help!!!

I'd like to point out that mine is FAR from the first V1 to make high-ish HP. There have been several V1s in the past making north of 800whp in a number of different configurations. They all ran in the mid 11s though. Ultimately the setup that hooks is very simple, It just took some trial and error to find what works...again, not many people are willing to keep changing things in search of making one of these launch hard.

You'd have 10x more custom work to do than a solid LS2 and TVS2300 blower that would probably be faster. Does the 2300 fit under the aftermarket hoods?

I don't know about 10x the custom work...B-Ruck's friend already did the mock up, and the ABS module has to be moved, as well as cutting a fuggin big hole like you did. But yes, a TVS2300 would be a great alternative and based on Tommy Compton's thread, it fits under the stock hood. I just like spending other people's money.
