Default Ambient Air 12-18 Deg. F (In Florida)

Alright so I looked this up and saw no real solution besides buy a new outside air temp sensor or "take it to the dealership" on CF.

1. The car is displaying in deg. F
2. I tried unhooking the battery for a bit, no change
3. I bought a new sensor, reads identical to the old one
4. The car is also displaying "check coolant level" on the DIC, but coolant level is perfectly fine. (not sure if that has any correlation)

I'm thinking either the cable or a ground could be a contributor? However, I have no idea on where to start. All I know is I'm tired of an ice warning and coolant warning every time I start the car. . . Ideas?

On the bottom of the coolant tank there is a sensor. The pigtail could be unplugged.

As for the ambient temp good luck...

I have another coolant tank from an 03 that I was thinking about trying since they look identical..I will double check the connection, but I'm almost wondering if this issue is connected somehow...

I'm also only getting about 13.5 to 13.9 volts on my DIC. My old 3.6 was a consistent 14.6

Any input is appreciated.

Got the ground wire sanded up by the fuse box...no difference..hopefully get to the others this weekend or during the week..

Also, my intake air temp through OBD is reading a flat 32 degrees regardless of temperature...it doesn't change like the outside temp sensor does. I'll report back when I get the rest of the grounds cleaned up.
