68 camaro header recommendation Helping my friend build his 68 camaro. It has a 383 small block chev. It has angle plug cylinder heads. Power steering also. We tried a set of Hedman headers #65003. Well, they did not clear the P/S box and when we put a dent in the offending header tube we ended up finding out that the header was up against the subframe so the header still would not sit flat on the head. THe passenger side header had lots of room from the subframe but the pitman arm when turned to one side hits the header. SO these new headers are no good to us. SHittty for sure.
Any recommendations?
