Default 99 z28 m6 misses at low-mid range rpms **NEED HELP**

1999 Camaro Z28 I had longtube headers installed and in the process deleted the EGR and air pump as well as rear 02 sensors and Cats. Since the install the car has a miss at low to mid range rpms after it has sat for anywhere from 5 minutes- however long, shut off. I start the car, drive regularly and it has the miss at low-mid range rpms. When it misses the Bank 2 sensor 1 02, Ft will go -17+. The 02s itself with jump above 1. Any help is greatly appreciated. I replaced the driver side 02 with a brand new one while the passenger side one was replaced with a used c5 corvette 02.

Also I noticed when I pulled plugs to check them that the driver side header was cooler than the passenger side.

I have also replaced the plug wires with MSD's and check all the coils by pulling the wire from the coil and seeing if it created a miss.

sounds like the o2 isn't reading correctly due to your longtubes, its not uncommon

its wierd that the voltage would be over 1000mv though that sounds more like a wiring/pcm issue

Does the car have a tune since the install? What plugs are in it?
