Default Air intake tubing, what to use?

OK, so heres the thing, I kinda forgot to grab in the intake tube and box, but did grab the MAF. So now I'm trying to find who's using what as far as CAI and filters. The problem is that most of the ones for the 6.0l trucks run towards the passenger side, and I can't do that as I have the battery located there. Any suggestions guys? Just thought I'd ask since I know there are many here who have done the gbody swaps. Any info, links, pics would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Otis

I went to Spectre's website and looked up parts, same with KN site, and ordered the parts from Summit Racing or Jegs, either or. Think is was Jegs as Summit didn't carry one part I needed.

They have reducers clamps ext. to build your own, I am still working on mine but the parts I have from them so far were nice.
