Btw my pcm is a 2002. I looked at later years pcm and they show c1-42 and c2-33 pins are for the fans. My 2002 pcm has no wire at ci-42 pin and c2-33 is used with AC. Anyone has any info on this.

I have a 2002 LQ9. The pcm for this year can only control one fan so both fans come on at the same time. I had the programming done at pcmforless.

Thanks for the info. I'm not quite up to date on my engine ID, what is LQ9?

Well it has been a while since i last posted here but anyway. I have the engine all wired in and fire right up ,runs great. I'm still having issues with the electrical fan. I'm running one fan, added a wire at C1-42 to the fan relay, using HPtunner we set the temp to turn on the fan twice, first at 195 degrees and then at 200 degrees but the fan keeps coming on below 180 degrees with the thermostat not even open yet and stays on. What is going on here??
