63 Chevy II LS1 T56 question... mouting clutch master
Has anyone tried this bracket from ATS for mouting the clutch master for an ls1/T56...

For some reason its not going exactly to the part... just click on the transmission section and scroll down...
It looks exactly like some of the brackets floating around...
It has two extra bolt holes for the master cylinder (brake booster)

I have one similar in my car... Basically the same thing, but has an "ear" off to the side that the reservoir mounts to, kinda nice so you dont have to put holes in the firewall.
Here's a pic
Not really sure what you're wanting to know, but it seems to work, and position the rod in a good spot. (Pics a little old, I've since cut the hose down and rerouted it.)

Nice, did you make your own plate... Or where did you get it.
I was just seeing if that plate they use for the camaro form ATS would work on my 63chevy II

Yes, I made that one myself. Thought it would be nice to have the mounting spot for the reservoir. I can't say if this would work for you, but it does say 67-69 Camaro/68-74 Nova... I'm using this on a 68 Chevelle, which isn't listed on their webpage, but on the pdf info file says 64-72 Chevelle. I would guess if the brake master etc has the same bolt pattern as the others listed it would work, or get you close enough to work.

I have the street and performance plate they use them on Camaros and Chevelles in their write ups on their website. their instructions show the factory Fbody master and they welda bracket on the front of the pedal to attach it.
ATS uses a adjustable master cylinder and their instructions say no welding.
I think with the adjustable master they can shorten the master rod to match the clutch pedal and drill a hole in the clutch pedal.
I think an adjustable master would like life easier for me
