I'm on the same boat and this is what I've gather. For the k-member PA Racing or AJE Racing makes them for a direct swap. Oil pan F-body, fits perfectly! Headers, well some people venture to use the 351w headers and cut the flange and weld the LS flange but some modifications needs to be done on some of the tubes. So...Dynatech or Kooks make the swap headers but they are $$$. Personaly I think I'm going to order the Dyantech's just because I've seen many instances where the Kooks still needs to be modified to fit correctly....and paying $700 for a set of headers that don't fit is horsecrap!

You really need to do a search and look at all the build threads. There's different directions you can take with many aspects of the swap so it's up to you for some parts. So SEARCH!!!

MAC or BBK 351 swap headers fit and just have the exhaust shop weld on the ls1 flange. Buy a used set of headers for 100 and a flange for 40. Who cares if it is not 100% correct fit, neither is a set of 800 kooks.
Im using the QA1 kmember for the 4.6 engine and cut the 4.6 motor mount and extend it 1 inch and it bolts up to the ls1. Cheap and easy.
