Default LS1 1995 GMC 1500 conversion

Hi, Im installing a LS1/4L60E into a 1995 GMC 1500 2WD regcab.. I'm wondering if anyone can help me with getting the gauges in the cluster to work with the LS1 ECM. I havent hooked up any wires yet...i'm just looking for some advice before i start that part of the project.. Thanks.

iam doing a 5.3 into a buick regal and needing same info on using camaro guages.

Look at ls1truck.com there are a lot of obs truck swaps on there.

x2, but to answer your question, you can just buy a $16 metric adaptor from street and performance to accept your old coolant temp sender. For oil psi, just drill and tap your oil cooler block off adaptor to accept your old sender.

Thanks!!, all sensors are wired now. Just have to get the tach and speedo to work.

A GM factory manual for your year truck would tell you which wires are for your speedo and tach. The speedo wire is going to get its signal from the vss output wire that should be in your harness. And the tach can come off the one of the coil pack connectors or if the harness was done right, there should also be a tach output wire exposed.
