2007 LM7 5.3L in 91 Camaro, Questions I've got a couple questions regarding the swap and need some input. I will be running the LS1 swap parts from Hawks third gen and a 6-Speed manual trans. Looking to use the 5.3L but have everything setup LS1 so if I want to upgrade to a bigger engine in the future I can use the f-body harness and accessories.
1.) Does the 2007 LM7's have the 58x reluctor wheel? If so how hard is it to change to a 24x?
2.) Can I use the truck computer and have it flashed from an automatic to a
6-speed manual like the LS1 camaro computers? How similar or different are the computers?
3.) I will be using LS1 f-body accessories with the LS6 intake, f-body injectors and rail. Would it be possible to use the truck computer with modifications made to the harness to accept the LS1 connectors for the fuel injectors? I wonder if Speartech could custom make me one?
