The guy is selling a 50K mile LS1 motor out of a 2000 camaro and a trans out of an older pickup truck for $4200.
Nothing special about that deal IMO, unless of course if you are the seller.

I did and it wasn't clear what that included. He has a pickup truck trans on an F body motor, no way that could be a generic kit. Better check the details before you bid.
FWIW complete F body pull outs can easily be had for less than $3k. That isn't even one of the more desirable years.

Umm, I'm confused, he states a Camaro motor with a truck tranny, shows you a six speed ball, and two different cars........personally I'd pass......a pullout is usually the entire pullout, mated to the matching tranny, with a wiring harnes etc.....does it come with those headers?
I wasn't aware they made a 4L80E in 1996, somebody correct me here........
Better deals to be had for the money....but that's just my opinion, take it for what it's worth...

I know they make transmission stand alone kits that do a 4l60 or 4l80 they run 6-800 and will do either trans. The article doesn't say if the turbo or headers are included so I would defintily talk to them because without a special conversion I dont think you can use that computer with the 4l80 trans. I looked into doing that and found it easier to do a 4l60(well so I think)
