Default diesel 4l80e

will a diesel 4l80e that is behind a 6.5 chevy bolt up to a gen III/genIV motor? i know i'd prob need a different torque converter, but anythin else that might need to be changed?

I have 6.5 truck. Should just be the converter.

The diesel trans might have lower shift points though too.

Also, if it is high miles, make sure you have it gone through.

Converter is the same, it uses the classic SBC bellhousing pattern so you'll be down 1 bolt hole. Use the GM crank adapter and 6 bolt flexplate and its golden
