Can a TPI Ecu & MegaSquirt II run a LS engine??
Hi guys, new to the forum, recently prepped my 92 1LE z28 for a LSx Swap (k-member A-Arms Coil overs all bm. But was a last minute decision. due to my Gen1 Sbc 406 having to need to be redone. So now im moving to the new Age, But i Currently have MS II on a TPI with a accel carb style throttle body, carb style high-rise ( for the 406 know it wont work on LS ) but what im trying to find out is if its possible to use my harness with the MegaSquirt to control the LSx? Possible? possible but ridiculous? let me know what you guys know!!!! Please and thank You!

your post is confusing. Are you using the TPI ECU or Megasquirt ECU?
Last time I checked MS uses a 36 teeth trigger wheel. You will need one for the LS motor unless you can modify the MS to read the factory wheel on the LS motor (24 or 58 teeth depending on model year). A lot of guys have run MS on LS motors. I think you can use MS to trigger the LS coils.
