UPDATE - IT RAN! Sorta..
Just on a whim, I disconnected the battery for :30 minutes to reset the PCM and when I hooked it up the car started, idled perfectly - ran for about :15 minutes. rev'd perfectly - not stumble or hesitation. got up to temp, fans came on.. even shut it off and started it back up a couple times - no fault lights. Now after sitting for 5-10 minutes it wont stay running again - behaving like it did initially? I have disconnected the battery again.. Will let it sit and try again.. Any thoughts?

very nice car. That engine looks right at home. I dont have any input on the electrical problem, except double check your grounds, I have one question for you that is unrelated to your problem. What part number is your upper radiator hose?

If you keep feathering the throttle, can you keep it running? I have one swap that every spring when I get it back out, (I unhook the battery since it's an Optima, and when they go dead, they're dead!) it will start and die several times. By feathering the throttle, In can keep it running, and then I assume it 're-learns' everything and will start and run fine. It never does this unless the battery is unhooked for an extended period of time. Might let it run a little longer and maybe drive it if you can and see what happens? I'm pretty sure my issue lies within the tune, because every other swap I've done doesn't do this, and this car is the only one I had the tune done by this particular place. Just a thought. Hope you get it fixed soon so you can actually enjoy it. It looks great!

Got her running.. I guess just unhooking the battery a couple times and letting it run long enough to re-learn? Seems to be running and starting fine now. Took her on a short trip around the block. Didnt lay the wood to it, but just a couple quick 1/2 throttle squirts - OMG wicked... :-)

MTI put a smaller pulley on the jackshaft from stock for me before they shipped. Should be around 10 lbs. they estimated. I have a boost gauge, but I havent installed it yet. Off to the dyno for some tuning! Thanks
