Default Fbody radiator in fox swap. Couple of questions.

I've searched and searched but nothing yet. Are you guys using the radiator insulators on the bottom brackets or is it sitting on the radiator frame? I drilled a hole so the tube on the bottom goes through but sits on the frame. Just curious what you guys did. Also can I use the stock fuel lines? How did the aje trans crossmember work for you 4l60s? Thanks in advance.

I found this a while back on LS1tech for the fuel system and is what I plan on doing when I am ready.

I'm familiar with how to do the fuel system, just curious if the 5.0 fuel lines are big enough.

I used the factory insulators from the Mustang. I also removed the locator pin on the passenger side of the radiator to make it fit flush in the lower insulator on the core support.

Cool, so I can cut the black pin off the bottom, buy the lower insulators and the top mounting bracket and it'll sit in perfect?

Yes it drops into the lower insulators like factory once you cut the black pin off the bottom of the chevy radiator, I did have to trim the factory ford hold down bracket around the oem chevy radiator cap when I did mine to be able to get the radiator cap on and off easy
