Autokraft pan dealers?
Is the only place to order the Autokraft pan through Autokraft directly? I know Champ makes the pan (and is listed for about $5 more if ordered directly through them), was just curious as I try to decide what pan to get. Having a hard time choosing between the Autokraft and Holley pan for my 69 Chevelle thats getting a 5.3/4L65e swap.

I order mine from Champ. Simply love the pan. Fits great and god baffling. If you search for my username, you should find my build thread with some detailed photos of the pan and fitment.

I bought my Autokraft from Sommers racing in FL. Search for "autokraft group buy" and you should see an old post I started about it. They were good people to deal with and gave us a discount.

I ordered mine directly from Autokraft. They were great to deal with and the pan fits awesome, it's tucked up almost an inch from the bottom of my crossmember.
The CTS-V pans are nice, but I still had concerns about it being below the crossmember. With 4.5-5 inches of crossmember clearance at ride height, it's a bad idea to have even 1/4" of pan exposed...

A couple years ago when I first started the project (havent worked in it over a year), I tried to use the F-body pan and while I could get it clear the crossmember it just seem to cause problems everywhere else and it seemed that the CTS pan would require a lot of the same trail and error. From my reading these swap pans take a lot of the hassle and headache out of the install, so to me it was worth the extra money to have something that is going to fit better and give me more room to work with when mounting the engine. I also like that the autokraft pan is steel, because like I read in another thread if the tierod slightly touches the pan you can just dimple it unlike the cast pans.
