Stock internal 5.3 twin 70's Mustang (future 8 sec club)
Thought I would share my setup with you guys,
2000 Mustang GT
-Stock 100k mile 5.3l bottom end
-806 perimeter bolt heads ported
-Speed inc turbo 2 camshaft
-ARP head stud kit
-Comp cams trunion kit
-Stock truck intake and rails
-Twin MP t70's w/ stock manifolds A/A intercooled
Through a power glide and sitting on 28x10.5's
Made ~780 rwhp/~650rwtq on the dyno, had to stop there because I ran out of fuel with the stock rails and a1000 pump setup. Once I get a clean pass out of it on the track gonna shoot for 850+rwhp.
Last pass on the car went a 5.96 @ 124 with a 1.5x 60' let off at 1/8 mark and coasted to a 9.7x @ 116, waiting on a converter to be made for car, couldn't build any boost off the line. Getting the 60' into the 1.2's on a clean pass I'm pretty sure the car has a 5.6x in it, running it through the 1/4 should be in the 8.7x range.
