Looks AMAZING! had 3 300's a 90 2+2, 91 2+2, and a 90 TT loved all of them. They feel so much more solid than all the newer cars.

It's been a little while. The motor is back and I was doing some mockup of where things go so I could make a crank sensor mount. Making more progress this week hopefully.

The engine being forged and turbo along with me using electromotive has put me around 10,000 for the whole deal, not everything I bought was brand new and the labor has been free. Im big on do it once and do it right so I have spend big $ in placed where needed. The bov and wastegate along with fuel stuff I refuse to cheap out on because of their importance.

Cool, for sure. Definitely better doing it right the first time lol. And another question, how has the wiring been on the z so far? Is it pretty simple?

A lot of guys out there use LS computers and tuning equipment, I work with someone who specializes in electromotive tuning. The only wiring I need to do is: MAP, ECT, TB Position, Crank sensor, 02 Sensor and a few other odds and ends for gauges injectors and cam position. The computer is a Tec3r so I will be able to use sequential injection with my cam sensor. The only expensive piece I had to do was an adapter machined for the crank pulley to use the 60-2 crank wheel for electromotive.

oh for sure, have you ever heard of wiring specialties? they make pre-made harness's for converting a 300zx ECU to a LSX engine. They do really impressive work and saves alot of time. Ouch that last one sounds like a bitch...

300z's are the ****, I LOVE those cars. ive wanted the coupe (non 2+2) for a while. glad to see a great motor is going into there. granted a guy i used to work with would probably kill you, he had a 500+hp turbo model and was very defensive about those cars and how perfect they were from factory. haha

Awesome build!

Cold side tubing is all done, bov mounted. Just have to do the exhaust exiting the turbo and that's it for the hard stuff.
