I bought an F-body shifter for my 74 Ventura, but the cable is only about 2 ft long. Is there an extended cable for using this shifter?

I know that the 96 Chevy Impala (only year for a floor shifter if Im not mistaken) cable is longer. I think it may have been discontinued though. You can search only for old stock or used items. What about using a B&M or TCI or LOKAR cable?

I dont know first hand about direct replacement but it is worth a look. Some modification may be required.
