98 V6 to 99 LS1
I know this topic has been beaten up and kicked around, but I happened across an awesome deal on a donor car. We are almost done. Basically swapping everything, fuel lines, fuel tank, and obviously the drivetrain. The LS1 is sitting under her on the lift. We are bolting it all in tonight or tomorrow morning and then repinning the 99 wires to match the 98 body.
I have a pretty extensive research folder I have accumulated from this site, but if anyone has any tips or tricks regarding the 99Z ecu/engine harness to the 98 v6 body harness they would be much appreciated.

If your going to DIY it, it would be easiest to go to alldatadiy.com and purchase a subscription to both of the vehicles. The total for the two will be between 50-60 bucks and you will get all of the connector views you need to repin the harnesses.
