Default Electric fans for t6 turbo fox.

Curious what fans you guys are running leaving enough room for the turbo and downpipe? I did some research and seen some people saying focus fans, taurus/windstar. Im looking for something cheap but thin and powerful.

Taurus fan, unless you can fit a Mk VIII fan. Here's a write-up from Mustang Monthly, and here's some info from hybridZ.

Here's some info on the Mk VIII fan (click the link in the first post for a comparison with Spal fans).

Intrepid fans are pretty stout, don't know about thin though.

My buddy has the intrepid fans he is supposed to measure how thick they are, I have 9" of room to put fans and downpipe. I found a thread on contour fans and they measure 3 3/8" ...

I ran dual contour fans in a '66 GTO - perfect fit, and they seem to blow pretty well. I have another in my attic waiting to be installed in my '67 Mustang.
