Thanks for the ideas and great build. I can't wait to get mine back from alignment so I can get it on the road a little. May even steal your color. I was thinking Maximum Steel 2014 Jeep color but not really sure. Your outside pic looks very nice and dark, almost a black chrome, but inside pics look much lighter. Which is more accurate to how it "really" looks?
4 Lo and 4 Hi was before removing the inner headlights. If you're doing all 4 bulbs you can wire it however you want for 4 lo 4 hi, 2 lo 2 high, 2 lo 4 Hi etc. JW Speaker produces the headlights for Harley, they also produce specific muscle car headlights in 2 Lo 2 Hi configuration, but they are substantially more expensive. Ironworks Speed and Custom sells them: http://www.ironworksspeedandkustom.c...rod/prd106.htm

The color is difficult to explain, in painter terms it has good flop, it flops between lighter gray to almost black depending on angle and lighting. Swing by any BMW dealership and look at a car in Mineral Grey Metallic and you'll get a better idea of the color. I chose the BMW variant of the color because of the much finer metallic and it never has a purple or pink hue like the Ford, Dodge and others that are similar. Mine is a straight PPG mix of the 2013 BMW Mineral Grey Metallic.

Lots of progress in the last few weeks. After some heavy modification for the rear sway bar mounts, the Ricks tank with CTS-V pumps is in:

Switched over to a hand operated emergency brake and everything is hooked up and working:

Got a nice mount for the Vintage Air controls fabricated:

Fire suppression bottle mounted and nozzles placed:

Which E-brake handle did you use? Any reason cables have to be routed over tunnel? Looking awesome man.

The cables had to be routed over the trans tunnel because there wasn't enough room under the tunnel. Since I won't have a back seat, it was no issue going over the tunnel because I'll just continue the console all the way back.

Thanks. It looks like the Lokar handle, is that right? How solid does it feel?

Sorry, I missed the question originally, yes it is a Lokar and it is rock solid with the base we built. The Willwood adapters didn't work quite as advertised, but it's a really nice solid setup.

Default Reservoir and intake

Beautiful car, where did you get the power steering reservoir and cold air intake? Do you have part numbers? Cheers.

Thanks for the compliment.

The power steering reservoir is from Detroit Speed, P/N: 090601http://detroitspeed.com/Steering/090...reservoir.html

The Cold Air Intake is from Spectre Performance, PN 901108

Fire Suppression Activation Button mounted in the Ashtray:

I got all of the spots on the chassis touched up from exhaust fabrication and frame notching, I got the shock tower brace painted and the remote reservoirs for the coilovers mounted:

I got the fuel vent and differential vent installed but need some more AN fittings to get them plumbed:

My daughter was less than impressed with having to ride up the lift in the trunk for the process:

I think I have some pictures still in the camera, if not I'll try to get out to the garage tonight and take a couple of pictures for you.
I ended up having to trim that piece a fair amount to make it work and cut a relief for the outer fender lip, I also ended up having to weld tabs on the edge under the radiator because my radiator was wider and deeper than stock. Then we didn't like how close the intake tube was to the fans, so we ended up cleaning up the pipe and doing away with the rubber elbow. I can't blame Spectre though because my radiator and chassis are non-stock as well as have replacement fenders. It probably would have been cheaper and faster to just fabricate it from scratch,
