Default are aluninum fittings ok on retuturn side of power steering

I know steel fittings with lined ss hose are used on hp side. rubber and brass on low side. does the power steering fluid cause a caustic reaction with the aluminum? Thinking about using black hose with black fittings on the return side. thanks
like these,

Should not be a problem, the rack is aluminum.

I think the aluminum is just the case, the hydraulic cylinder is steel. there are a lot more options for fittings in aluminum, plus they are less expensive. thanks

yes there is no pressure there after the rack/box and it just runs like a garden hose.

I'm not worried about the pressure, thought there may be a chemical reaction between the aluminum and the ps fluid. I guess they must be ok found this http://www.jegs.com/p/Earls/Earls-Po...rPage=90&pno=1

We have used aluminum for many years without any issues at all. Alcohol in current fuels is more of a concern than any of the hydraulic fluids.
